A great thing about museums is that, as well as being interesting and educational, these days most of them allow photography and this one, Milestones, has a fab collection of vintage vehicles to snap away at amongst much other cool stuff.
The vintage vehicle collection includes those of Thornycroft, Taskers plus Wallace and Steevens from the steam age through the petrol age all beautifully preserved and maintained.
There is also a fully operational 1940's sweet shop and pub serving old time confectionary and, well, beer respectively.
There is a maze of Victorian and 1930s streets packed with shops, factories and houses illustrating how people lived in past times and the artefacts they owned and used in their daily lives. There's lots to photograph there too.
